New Board Chair takes the wheel

The Cloudsplitter board has elected its newest officers effective January 1, 2025. The new year will bring in a new Board Chair in Holly Wolff. Holly’s extensive experience with various Adirondack nonprofits and illustrious career with IBM poise her for great success in the role.

Outgoing Board Chair and Founder Lee Keet has expressed his confidence in Holly by stating that “….Holly will continue Cloudsplitter’s work with great vision and leadership and will bring the organization successfully to it’s next chapter.”

“I’m honored and humbled to accept the Chair position of Cloudsplitter from founding trustees Lee and Nancy Keet. Cloudsplitter is such an asset to our Adirondack communities and I hope to continue the good work that we do.”

The Adirondacks are full of organizations that we love and that are irreplaceable. Cloudsplitter will continue to evaluate and prioritize systemic threats so that we have the resources to respond now and into the future. Given the unknowns of the current funding environment, we wanted to be clear with our grant applicants that we may be less likely to fund capital projects, events, projects far outside the Adirondack park, and very large grant requests at this time. If you feel something in those categories deserves our attention, please contact us to discuss further.
