Primarily for urgent needs that arise between grant review meetings, Rapid Response Grants are made at the sole discretion of our director.

Philanthropic Philosophy

We believe that money can be used to change the conditions that caused the need for those funds in the first place. The Cloudsplitter Foundation strives to be a second-order influence on the social and environmental needs of region.

Financial Results

The Foundation ended 2023 with $ $35.8 million in assets and $4 million of portfolio earnings, a 14.1% return on assets. We distributed $1.3 million in 191 grants and in 162 $2,000 Childcare Excellence Awards.
