Cloudsplitter 2024 Retreat a success

The Cloudsplitter Foundation recently concluded its annual year-end retreat, marking another inspiring installment for the growing organization. Held at picturesque Heaven Hill Farm, the retreat brought together foundation board members, advisors, and staff for a meaningful day of reflection, planning, and celebration.

The retreat kicked off with a welcome address by the foundation’s Board Chair Lee Keet, who highlighted the “State of the Organization,” an important look into how Cloudsplitter currently operates. “Our projects have reached new heights, and this retreat is a moment to celebrate our successes and strategize for the future.”

During the event, the team participants engaged with a variety of important organizational questions under the talented prompting of Richmond Rabinowitz. Breakout sessions provided valuable insights and actionable strategies for the foundation’s upcoming initiatives.

As the retreat came to a close, the team left with a sense of accomplishment and excitement for the year ahead. “This retreat has been a rejuvenating experience,” said Daniel KieferBach, Executive Director. “I’m leaving with new ideas, stronger connections, and a deeper commitment to our mission.”

The Cloudsplitter Foundation’s year-end retreat was a resounding success, setting a positive tone for the upcoming year. With renewed energy and a clear vision, the foundation is poised to continue making a meaningful difference in the communities it serves.
